I’m treading carefully on this, to some, sacred territory. Today we’re going to dip our toes into the garage and find one thing that can go. I don’t recommend starting with your husband’s tool chest, work bench, or automotive shelf. I’m talking about something that you know is just taking up space and shouldn’t be. Old sporting equipment and gardening supplies are a good place to start. Maybe what really needs to go is your rusted-out garbage can. (Although good luck throwing that out. It’s hard to convince the garbage men that the garbage can is, in fact, garbage.)

I'm on the mend from a bad cold but I did have the energy to sweep the garage. It may not look much better, but it feels better already.
I'm loving this! My DH cleaned out our garage a couple of weeks ago while I was gone for the day. That was the best way to do it! And now I'm convicted about the Tupperware... He has always said it is like rabbits; close the door & they multiply! So it is definitely time to clear out the extras... So long, farewell, my dear Tupperware friends.
I have enjoyed so much following along with your New Year:New Start posts each day. I can't always do the activity that very day, but I am keeping a list of the activities and I do them as my time permits. That was actually my resolution for 2010... organization!!
Love & blessings from NC!
There is something satisfying about at least being able to SEE the garage floor isn't there? (Of course I think nature abhors a clean garage floor as much as a vacuum!)
Check!
